Can Zenocean integrate third-party sensors?
Yes. Our CoreLink RTU and platforms support a wide range of analog and digital sensor protocols (RS-485, SDI-12, Modbus, 4–20 mA), and we routinely integrate third-party instruments alongside our own sensors.
Can you customize buoy structures?
Yes. We design and build custom buoy hulls from 0.8 m to 3 m for freshwater, coastal, wave and offshore applications. Mast height, payload bays, mooring hardware and appearance can all be tailored.
Do you support satellite communication?
Yes. We support cellular (4G / LTE), Iridium satellite, LoRa and hybrid telemetry. We select the link based on deployment location, data volume and power budget.
How long do projects take?
Standard product orders typically ship within 4–6 weeks. Custom systems usually take 8–14 weeks from approved design to factory acceptance testing, depending on payload and platform complexity.
Do you provide deployment support?
Yes. We provide remote engineering support, installation drawings, video-assisted commissioning, and coordination with your local contractors. On-site support is available on request for select projects.
