AeroSense-WindKit Overview

The AeroSense-Mini60 + AeroSense-Alert set is a turn-key wind monitoring kit. The AeroSense-Mini60 compact propeller sensor measures horizontal wind speed and direction and feeds NMEA-0183 data over RS485 to the AeroSense-Alert alarm controller, which displays instantaneous, average, and maximum wind speed and triggers configurable alarms.

Alarms are driven through a buzzer, LED indicator, relay contact, and 4-20 mA analog output mapped to wind speed. The controller logs to a removable SD card and supports an optional 4G module for remote monitoring — useful for cranes, bridges, ports, and renewable-energy sites.
